Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Items must be returned in original packaging.

  • Final sale: Items marked “Final Sale” or personalized/custom orders are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.

  • How to request a return: Email sunangels.co with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We’ll respond within 48 business hours with return instructions and an RMA number.

  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return packages.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

  • Exchanges: If you want a different size or color, request an exchange in your return email. Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. For valid claims we will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund.

  • Restocking fees: No restocking fees for standard returns. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not returned in resalable condition.

  • International returns: International customers are responsible for customs, duties, and return shipping. Refunds will be issued after we receive the return.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to order processing status.
