Overview: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders are processed and may not be cancelled if already shipped or fulfilled.

Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days of delivery and will be refunded to the original payment method.

Final sale items: Items marked “Final Sale” or discounted clearance items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Shipping & return costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund processing: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Digital products & services: Digital downloads, gift cards, and custom/personalized orders are non‑refundable unless there is a proven defect or error on our part.
