Shipping Policy

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or personalized orders may take 3–7 business days.

Shipping options & carriers

  • Standard Shipping: UPS Ground — estimated 3–7 business days (domestic).
  • Expedited Shipping: FedEx — estimated 1–3 business days.
  • International Shipping: DHL Express / FedEx International— estimated 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.

Shipping rates

  • Flat rate: $7 for domestic orders under $80
  • Free standard shipping on orders $100 or more (domestic only).
  • International rates calculated at checkout based on weight/destination.

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Use the tracking link to view delivery status.

Customs, duties & taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Delays

  • Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen events. Contact support if a shipment is delayed beyond estimated times.

Lost or damaged shipments

  • If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos and your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, replace or refund the order.

Incorrect address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If you provide an incorrect address, additional fees may apply for rerouting or reshipment. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
